General

How does Go Abroad help me get a visa?

We assess your profile for free, recommend the strongest country and visa route, prepare and review every document, fill the application, book appointments and prepare you for interviews. You always know what happens next.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. Your first profile assessment (in office, by phone or online) is completely free and without obligation.

Do you guarantee visa approval?

No honest consultant can guarantee a visa — the decision belongs to the embassy. What we guarantee is a complete, accurate and well-presented file, which is why our approval rate is consistently high.

Which countries do you handle?

Canada, the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia, Germany and the Schengen area, New Zealand and Ireland — plus other destinations on request.

Study abroad

Can I study abroad without IELTS?

Some universities accept PTE, Duolingo, TOEFL or an English-medium instruction letter instead of IELTS. It depends on the country and university — we’ll shortlist options that fit your scores.

When should I start my application?

Ideally 8–12 months before your intake. Main intakes are September/Fall and January/Winter, with some May intakes in the UK, Canada and Australia.

Can I work while studying?

Most study destinations allow part-time work during term (often around 20 hours a week) and full-time during breaks. Exact limits vary by country and change over time — we brief you on current rules.

Do you help with scholarships?

Yes. We identify merit and need-based scholarships, tuition discounts and assistantships you qualify for and help with the essays.

Process & fees

How long does the visa process take?

It depends on the visa and country — typically 2–6 weeks for visit visas, 3–12 weeks for study visas and several months for PR. See each destination for indicative timelines.

What are your service charges?

Packages start from $150 for visit visas and $350–$500 for study visas, depending on the country. Government/embassy fees are separate and paid directly. You get a written quote before you commit.

What if my visa was refused before?

A previous refusal is not the end. We analyse the refusal letter, fix the weak points and re-apply with a stronger file — or recommend a better-suited route.

Which documents do I usually need?

A valid passport, photos, bank statements, educational or employment documents, an English test result where required, and purpose-specific letters (admission, invitation, job offer). We give you a personalised checklist.
